They help you to see past the fog, so that you can claim your True Self more full-heartedly within your purpose, your relationships, and within every aspect of your life.
The aim of this class to:
1.) Develop your ability to hear the subtle language of your Spirit Guides, Angels, and Higher Self.
This is done through teaching the art of intuitive listening through understanding the “psychic senses”, as well as a series of experiential exercises to help you hear the subtle whispers of your Guides. There will be both individual and partnered exercises to expand your capacity to listen and access hypnagogic brain states.
2.) Support you in embodying the qualities that your Spirit Guides are mirroring back to you.
Your Spirit Guides are here to reflect the qualities that you are learning to embody, so that you can become the highest version of yourself. This class facilitates this embodiment process through reflective writing prompts, experiential exercises, and through fostering an on-going dialogue with your Guides so that you can become familiar with the qualities that they are assisting you in integrating.
4-Week Journey
Week 1: Listening to the Whispers of Spirit, and Meeting your Guides
This week will cover the art of intuitive listening through introducing the psychic senses, and how you can use these inner senses to connect with your Guides. We will talk about the different types of Spirit Guides, and their role in assisting your journey. You will be guided through an exercise to meet one of your Guides, and practice receiving messages from them.
Week 2: Understanding your Soul Blueprint, and your Soul’s Mission
This week we will focus on deepening the communication with your Guides, to receive insight around the nature of your Soul’s mission in this lifetime. This will give you a “map” of sorts, to help you understand your Soul’s development more deeply, and how your Guides can help you align with your higher purpose. Your Guides will help you understand the hidden gifts within some of your deepest struggles. This will include an experiential exercise.
Week 3: Understanding Yourself as a Guide, and Uncovering Your Dormant Genius
This week, we will take a look at how your Guides are reflecting the qualities and gifts that you are here to embody and integrate into your own life. Your Guides hold the seeds to deeper levels of your genius, talents, and dormant parts of yourself that you are learning to embrace. There will be an experiential partnered exercise, along with some reflective prompts to help you integrate these qualities in your own life.
Week 4: Living a Life of Greater Purpose, and Living Out Your Soul’s Plan
This week, we will conclude the class with weaving together everything you’ve learned to give you a cohesive template for living out the the next chapter of your life’s legacy with greater clarity, direction, and self-trust. Now, with the support and mirror of your Guides, you’ve gained new insight and tools to embody the brilliance of your Soul, to live your life with a greater sense of purpose and meaning.
